Meditation for Kids with Tisa (Virtual)

In this series kids of all ages can learn to calm using
Brain Balancing – a gentle tapping technique that
encourages the left & right hemispheres of the brain to
communicate. This can improve focus, mindfulness,
relaxation & feeling balanced. Guided imagery &
breathing will be used to lead into quiet Meditation.
Kids can join any week they are able to. A great way to
start a life-long healthy routine!
