Tai Chi with Susan February 3

Tai Chi is a calming and center practice that allows for redirection of feelings to a healthier place. This practice uses physical movement to focus and mange stress. It also aids in recovery and in maintaining a healthy body and mind. Each week the individuals will learn basic Tai Chi Principles, how to safely perform the forms, and how they can be used as a form of stress reduction. Each individual will “own” the forms to carry with them to any place for their use.
Each class can be a stand alone, you do not have to register for all Tai Chi classes.
