3rd Annual Prom for a Purpose
Family Nurturing Center’s largest fundraiser – Prom for a Purpose – took place Friday, April 19, at Turfway Park Racing & Gaming in Florence, Kentucky.
WCPO 9 anchor Craig McKee emceed the event for the third consecutive year.
Among the evening’s highlights:
- Teenage band members from the School of Rock performed two sets, and DJ Mark McFadden kept everyone dancing.
- With silent auction prizes, a bourbon raffle, bourbon and wine pulls, and heads or tails games, the nearly 400 guests had lots of chances to walk away a winner.
- Many made online donations to ensure that families never pay for our life-changing services.
