4-Week Class, Mondays 6:30 – 7:30 pm
In these difficult times resilience is no longer a luxury. Resilience is our ability to bounce back, to cope, to face challenges & adapt with healthy responses instead of shutting down in fear. We will discuss the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual aspects of resilience & learn skills for coping & calming. We will also learn Meditation & Mindfulness practices. Good stuff for healthy humans!
