4-Week Class, Wednesdays 6:30 to 7:30 pm

Learn to meditate! Guided meditation to promote relaxation, feel calm & centered & find your happy place.  Learn about nervous system responses. Learn to settle the mind. Posture, breathing, visualization & mindfulness techniques are taught.  A safe environment to explore silence, mindfulness, meditation & stillness with plenty of time for questions. Decrease stress & improve health!
