No matter your life story or current circumstances, you have great potential to live an inspired, joy-filled life. It all begins with getting to know yourself — your true self — and learning to let go of the parts of your past and present that are holding you back, weighing you down, or just getting in your way of moving forward. That place of wellness and healing allows you to grow and be a person who is confident, expressive, and happy.
In this small group workshop series, we will explore holistic wellness practices in a safe, supportive environment that will allow you to tap into healing at your own pace. We will explore energy work and mind-body work along with mindfulness practices that allow for relaxation, clarity, and connection. This may allow for improved stress management, productivity, and decision making in your everyday life.
