Love Yourself Pre-Teen/Teen Yoga for Ages 10-14 June 2

Growing up can be difficult these days. So many things have changed recently and young lives can be met with traumas all their own. Trauma healing can be made through connection and the social spark and movement is a great way to connect with the body for those growing fast. Through this class geared towards ages 10 to 14 we’ll have fun and focus on essential life themes like self confidence, inner and outer strength as well as finding grounding skills that will help attention and concentration.
