These virtual yoga classes will begin on Tuesday 4/28 and Thursday 4/30 with an overview of the benefits of yoga; how we can experience other people, through breath, movement and shared experience. We will chat, breathe and do some gentle yoga poses.
Throughout the course of May, the classes will focus on the themes that this time of social distancing brings to the forefront, such as:
-isolation
-anxiety and tension
-feelings of helplessness
-emotionally overwhelmed, unprotected
During this process, Sara will provide support to participants within the scope of her yoga practice.
