Our bodies, minds, and souls have been created to transform, grow, heal, and be resilient. One such way to support this ability is by using the intimate connection between our minds and our bodies to break through some of the barriers and blocks that attempt to keep us from living our best lives.

In this workshop, we will use mind-body centered practices including mindfulness, writing, movement, and creation, to make space for transformation, growth, and healing. Through a series of experiential practices, participants will be guided through an exploration of self that may open doors to lasting, positive change.

Workshop Objectives

In this workshop participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore the True Body Project key elements that support transformation, growth, healing, and resilience. (True Body Project is a nationally recognized, award-winning program mind-body program.)
  • Identify blocks and barriers that may exist in their lives that may be hindering change.
  • Be introduced to effective mind-body tools that can be implemented into daily practice to build resilience and to support healing.
  • Virtually connect with a group of supportive, like-minded people who become your tribe on this journey.

Class Demographic:  Women aged 16 and up

Class Materials Needed: A writing utensil and a journal, notebook, or loose-leaf paper
