Yoga for the Desk & Working from Home February 4

The pandemic has brought unique circumstances for those now faced with working from home. This brings challenges, stresses and ultimately trauma residing in the body both physically and mentally. Many working from home aren’t socializing with co-workers as much, dealing with job changes, layoffs and even all those conference calls. Wouldn’t it be nice to take a break and move? This shorter class (30 minutes) will teach postures that can be done sitting in a chair, using a desk or wall as props. A nice break in the day to relieve the ailments of sitting, typing and using devices. Along with these postures there will be a focus on breathing techniques to help relieve stresses and traumas held within the body throughout the day.
