There are so many of us walking through life feeling lost or confused about who we are and what we are supposed to be doing in the world. Being in that place can be lonely and overwhelming especially when you don’t know how to start the process of getting to know who you are at the deepest levels. Empowering yourself with knowledge of options and actions that can give you a starting point and direction may be the key you need to gain clarity on who you are, to find connection with the deepest parts of yourself, and gain the confidence you need to share those parts of yourself with others.

In Search of Me is an opportunity to learn about simplified ways to bring stability and clarity to your life so that you can prepare for the journey ahead. In this introductory workshop, you will be introduced to practices that may allow you to begin the process of connecting with your true self and learn ways to keep the process simple and doable so that you can manage the work along with the rest of your life. You will also be supported as you begin to understand your worthiness and your ability to move forward.
