Soothing the Body/Mind/Spirit with Frankincense Essential Oil April 15

Traumatic events have many effects on the body, mind and spirit. Often, a holistic approach using a variety of modalities promotes the greatest healing. Healing from trauma happens in layers. As our minds heal, deeper layers are allowed to come to the surface. Until then, we are sometimes unaware of how the trauma has affected us on a conscious level.
