Whether the chaos is caused by the clutter in our lives or the clutter in our heads, we can all benefit from these 10 techniques that welcome a bit of calm into our lives. This workshop is an experiential introduction to ten methods that can be used to reduce the negative effects of anxiety and stress. The techniques we will explore will give you an option for anxiety and stress reduction whether you have all day to engage, no time at all, or any amount of time in between.
