Tai Chi is a calming and center practice that can allow for redirection of feelings to a healthier place. Each week participants will learn basic Tai Chi Principles, how to safely perform the forms, and how they can be used as a form of stress reduction.

Restorative Yoga for Women’s Healing- restorative yoga is gentle, supportive and allows for passive healing. This style of yoga uses props and longer holds of “poses” to “restore” the body and the parasympathetic nervous system. Wear comfortable clothing and bring mat or blanket.
