We will also learn EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to decrease stress and soothe your nervous system. Take time for yourself, learn to meditate, feel connected to the support of a group and learn to use EFT to calm your nervous system and grow into a healthy, wealthy, wise woman you know you can be.
