Meditation and Relaxation with Tisa (Virtual on Zoom)

Learn to Meditate and Relax! This workshop is about mindfulness meditation and guided meditation plus helpful techniques to make meditation easier. We will focus on all the best relaxation techniques that have proved to be beneficial including EFT, breathwork, chakra balancing, releasing stress, self massage and mantras. The body holds onto trauma and stress and we will learn how to release it.
