Learn to Meditate! Practice Meditation with a group. Feel peace, be at peace. We will also study Pema Chodron’s book “Start Where you Are” The book supports emotional growth and stability. Learn skills that help us care for ourselves and for others with unconditional compassion. Learn to turn your away from aggression, obsession, and denial and turn toward healthy self-care, self-love, self-acceptance. Join any time you are able or weekly to start your week.
