Nidra Yoga with Sara (Florence Office)

Yoga Nidra is “yogic sleep” allowing you to relax on your mat and move between being awake and dreaming, similar to meditation. Yoga Nidra has studies lending itself to the ability to help relieve stress and anxiety. We will briefly move through gentle yoga poses preparing our bodies for relaxation and guided yoga Nidra meditation.
