Adults attend this workshop to talk
about how eating can support both
physical and mental wellbeing.
Workshop will start with a discussion
on how eating well can support overall
health. Then we will move into which
foods to choose and how to shop for
them. Ending with a demonstration on
how to easily prepare and serve these
foods to the whole family.
