As we move forward through Spring, our inner talk regarding our bodies may shift toward the negative. Whether due to outside influences or our internalized ideas about ourselves and our abilities, this can be a challenging time as many as we approach warmer weather related activities. In this program, participants will learn specific strategies for fostering self-acceptance, setting and meeting well being goals, and building practical skills to support their mental and emotional health. They will also deepen their appreciation for their beautifully unique selves by engaging in reflective exercises and supportive group discussions.
