S.O.A.R. is a 12-week program serving adults who experienced childhood sexual abuse, physical abuse, exposure to caregiver violence, or caregiver substance misuse. Participants follow a guided curriculum to understand the impact trauma has had on their lives, increase resilience and healing, and to empower one another to create healthy and safe futures.
