Vin-to-Yin class for adults February 28

The class begins with breathing exercises and spinal warmups, then 15 minutes of slow, gentle Vinyasa movements. The class winds down with peaceful and supported stretches in Yin yoga style, designed to release tension and reduce physical pain. Classes meet every Friday, from 10:30 am – 11:30 am.
