Restorative Yoga with Sara (Florence Office)
Family Nurturing Center 5 Spiral Drive, Suite 100, Florence, KYRestorative Yoga for Women’s Healing- restorative yoga is gentle, supportive and allows for passive healing. This style of yoga uses props and longer holds of “poses” to “restore” the body and the parasympathetic nervous system. Wear comfortable clothing and bring mat or blanket.
