Healing Trauma with Essential Oils November 20th

Traumatic events have many effects on the body, mind and spirit. Often, a holistic approach using a variety of modalities promotes the greatest healing. Gentle, non-invasive techniques encourage our body/mind/spirit to strengthen and heal each step of the way. Because of the way that some essential oils interact with the brain, they can provide very therapeutic benefits that may aid in recovery and healing from past trauma. Each participant will receive a sample of Peppermint Oil so they can experience the effects for themselves.
