Meditation, Support and Healing for the Journey of Death and Loss
Coping with the death of a loved one is one of the most difficult things we face in life. Grief is a journey with no roadmap and no ultimate destination. We don’t know what will help, how we will get through another day, hour, minute, how we will endure the pain.
Grief can linger from the many losses we have in our lives – the ending of friendships, marriages, homes, jobs, moving away from others.
One thing is certain: we do not heal alone. We need support, friends, people who get it. This group will provide a safe space to talk about your feelings, express your loss and receive compassionate support of others who are grieving.
This group will get acquainted, learn coping techniques, and participate in guided meditations to help us process our emotions. We will Listen to each other with open hearts. Your loss may be old or new but if it still causes you pain, please join us!
